We have had bear visits around here recently, but until now, never on our deck in full daylight. My camera is in the shop for repairs, but Karen used her video camera to get these movies of our furry friend. The first two videos were taken from inside the house as this young bruin raided our humming bird feeder and drank from our bird bath. The next two were taken in the field across from our driveway.
We have been pulling in our bird feeder, suet cage, and humingbird feeder at night in an effort to keep the bears and
raccoons from raiding them, but as you can see, that is no longer sufficient. Guess I'll have to come up with a new critter-proof method of hanging them!
